It's a beautiful place to take a walk. The path follows a little stream, the Lude, as it winds and gurgles all the way to Port du Lude, where it spills down over rocks and pebbles into the sea. Along the way, you can stop for a moment by the Cabane Vauban, a little stone look-out hut on the edge of the cliff, from which you can take in the whole of Mont-Saint- Michel bay with one sweep of the eye.

Strolling along the GR 223 and basking in the morning light as the sun rises on the Vauban hut... pure enchantment.
